Looking for a job at the beach this summer? Beach Volleyball season is right around the corner and VWA is looking for motivated and hard working people to support our Beach Volleyball events. Operating Beach Volleyball comes with an extraordinary amount of work behind the scenes and on the ground to take the events to some of WA’s most pristine beaches, and this season it won’t be possible without the right team of event staff putting their hand up to take on the paid roles available.
VWA’s Beach Volleyball Season runs from October 2023 – March 2024, with variety of events including eight stops on the Alcohol. Think Again Beach Tour and two WA High School Beach Cups.
The 2023-2024 Alcohol. Think Again Beach Tour draft schedule can be found below, with just the two Regional locations yet to be confirmed.
The WA High School Beach Cup events are on 11 November 2023 and 10 March 2024, which are our largest events that require the most amount of event staff.
We are looking for consistency in the event staff who will be working as a team across the different events, and will favour applications who are interested in all or most of the 10 major beach events listed. Setup Crew are required for setup the day before the event, (Fridays approx. 9am-5pm for ATA Beach Tour, Saturdays approx. 9am-5pm for HS Beach Cups), and for pack down on Sundays approx. 12pm – 6pm for both ATA Beach Tour and HS Beach Cups.

Tournament Directors (and Assistants where needed) are required during the events themselves from early mornings to late afternoons.
