STATEMENT FROM VOLLEYBALL WA – POLICE MEDIA RELEASE 20 NOVEMBER 2018

Volleyball WA and the Western Australian volleyball community takes these matters very seriously.  The safety and welfare of all children in volleyball is the paramount consideration at all times.  Volleyball WA urges anyone, be they adult or child that if they have concerns, they should contact Robyn Kuhl, Volleyball WA Chief Executive Officer at Volleyball WA, or alternatively they can contact Police Crime Stoppers on telephone 1800 333 000.

 

As an Association, Volleyball WA advises that any matters of this nature that are reported to our office are then reported to the appropriate authority, and dealt with promptly.  Volleyball WA has been in contact with the Western Australian Police Department and, as this matter is now subject to an ongoing Police investigation, Volleyball WA is unable to make a further statement at this stage.
