Volleyball is a game that can be played by people of any age, gender, race, physical and intellectual ability and in 2022 we delivered over 207,000 opportunities for participation in our sport. Volleyball WA is looking to appoint a diversity and inclusion coordinator whose role it is to engage with the community to increase awareness and create more participation and competition opportunities to diversify the volleyball participant base.

The candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives and strategies, in accordance with the Association’s values and policies.
