Esperance Volleyball Association and Volleyball WA plan to manage traffic and parking for the VWA ATA BT Round #8 in the following ways:

Athletes, Staff, Volunteers and Spectators will be informed of the following:
- Preferred parking locations. – See MAP
  - Foreshore: The carpark between Dempster Street & The Esplanade at Sports House(EDRA) Reducing the amount of traffic on The Esplanade.
  - West Beach: Albany Street Carpark & The Johns Street Carpark
- Carpooling to the event is recommended
- No Parking on verges (Fines may be issued)
