The Indoor Beach Volleyball Federation (IBVF) Super League Summer Series Final was played on Saturday, April 17 at the Malaga Indoor Beach Volleyball Centre and it would seem home court is an advantage, with the Malaga All Stars taking out the championship.

Rod Taylor, President IBVF said “the day was really well run and gave thanks to Malaga for hosting and Jemma Green, series co-ordinator for all her efforts over the season”.

“What was so pleasing to see was the juniors. Each club has been working hard to build their program for U18’s and in the finals, there were some hard-fought games including a couple of draws”.

The season which runs from November – April, over 5 rounds was affected by the February COVID19 lock-down, but clubs worked together to reschedule so the series could be played in full.
