Jordan will be very familiar to our playing community already. In 2022 he represented the state in the Under 23’s Men’s Team competing at the Australian Junior Volleyball Championships in July and he then went on to play for the WA Steel Men’s Team who competed in the Australian Volleyball League and brought home a bronze medal.
Locally he plays State League for the Reds Volleyball Club who made the WA Volleyball League Grand Final in 2021. He also joined the Reds Junior Volleyball Club Committee as Treasurer that same year and is actively involved in the development of their junior members.
Jordan has invested heavily in developing his sporting career studying Sport Science at UWA. Jordan is looking forward to being able to get involved in the Youth State Program and facilitate elite junior development. In the next 6-12 months his focus will be on continuing to explore and uphold entry points for the youth demographic to play Volleyball.
When he is not on the volleyball court, you might find Jordan on the tennis court instead, fuelling his tennis obsession with regular hit outs against mates. Jordan also has a love for camping and finding a trip to the beach any chance he can.
Volleyball WA is pleased to have him take on the role of Youth Pathways Coordinator and is looking forward to seeing what he can achieve for our talented crop of youth players.
