AVL Finals!

This weekend saw the end of the 2015 AVL season, with the finals played out in Melbourne.

Following their win against the Vultures in Albany and securing a spot in the finals fixtures, the WA Hornets finished their season in 4th position. The team fell short to the reigning champs, the QLD Pirates, in the semi-final and were left to battle it out with the Adelaide Storm for the bronze medal. Unfortunately, after taking the Storm to 5 sets, the boys were unable to secure the win.

Nevertheless, we would like to congratulate the WA Hornets players and coaches on a fantastic 2015 AVL season! We look forward to a bigger & stronger 2016 season.
