Alcohol. Think Again WA Country State Championships 2025 Wrap Up

Over the long weekend, 41 teams from around regional Western Australia gathered in Perth to compete in the Alcohol. Think Again WA Country State Championships for 2025.

This two-day tournament had teams come together at Warwick Stadium, showcasing the best of regional volleyball in the state. Saturday saw teams compete in intense pool matches, followed by electrifying finals on the Sunday. The event is one of the many major volleyball events that have been occurring in Perth this past week, noting some of the athletes had already competed or were supporting at the Australian Youth Volleyball Championships and the SSWA District High School Country Week volleyball tournament earlier.

A special thank you to all our teams who participated – Albany Volleyball Association (including Denmark Volleyball), Boulder Pasifika Volleyball Association, Bunbury Volleyball Association, Busselton Volleyball Association, Collie Volleyball Association, Esperance Volleyball Association, Hedland Volleyball Association, Kalgoorlie Volleyball Association, Mandurah Volleyball Association and North West Volleyball Association. We appreciate the many hours that go into organising teams and the travel for everyone involved. Volleyball WA would also like to thank Healthway and the Alcohol. Think Again message for its support of this annual event.
