On Sunday, 2 August 2026, the inaugural VWA Winter Cup took place at Loftus Recreation Centre, bringing together 32 teams and more than 250 players for a fantastic day of volleyball competition.
Created as another social tournament on the VWA Calendar, the WA Winter Cup invited players of all levels to come together, compete, and enjoy the thrill of volleyball in a friendly and inclusive environment. The event provided a unique opportunity for community groups and social teams to stay active, connect with others, and keep the volleyball spirit alive throughout the winter season.
