Mick has 14 years of International Coaching including a role as Australian Olympic Beach Volleyball Coach in Beijing 2008 and London 2012. He has an impressive coaching track record having successfully coached 12 separate Olympic athletes. He has designed and implemented National Coach Development frameworks for Volleyball Australia, is a leader in Culture Creation in sport and has successfully led a culture enhancement process leading to Olympic qualification in Tokyo 2020. Mick is currently the Director of Coaching at Coach Development Australia.
