Volleyball WA’s Strategic Plan 2022 – 2025 has been finalised by the VWA Board and we are very happy to now be able to share this with our community via our website.

The organisation has set a clear purpose which is “To inspire healthy minds and bodies through volleyball”. A purpose provides an organisation with a “Northern Star” which is used to guide all major decisions.

Our mission is” To support Western Australian communities to play the world game of volleyball in an inclusive and fun environment”. This reflects our focus on building our profile in the regions and developing a strong state-wide engagement plan.

Our values have been refreshed and now include inclusivity & accessibility, health & wellbeing, community and respect and you will see that our events, activities, and programs will all align to and be delivered in accordance with our shared values.

Our four main priority areas remain unchanged: participation, pathways, profile & people however there are several new initiatives and priorities under each area that we are excited to bring to the community over the next four years.
