Get ready, Goldfields — elite volleyball is coming your way! Volleyball WA (VWA) and the Kalgoorlie Volleyball Association are teaming up to deliver a Festival of Volleyball from May 27th to May 31st, capped off with a 2026 WAVL State League Round featuring Chequers Volleyball Club and Balcatta Cats Volleyball Club.
Fans will be treated to two high‑energy showcase matches — one Men’s and one Women’s — as State League action hits the Goldfields Basketball Centre. It’s a rare chance to see WA’s top athletes compete right here in regional WA.
But the excitement doesn’t stop there. The Festival of Volleyball will bring the whole community together with a range of free activities designed to inspire, develop and connect players of all ages and abilities.
