Registration Information
Registrations Open: Saturday 17th October in the Membership Portal (Fortix)
Registrations Close: Wednesday 28th October, 9pm.
- Make sure to add your team members at the bottom of your VWA Portal under “MY TEAM” before filling out the appropriate form. All participants must be 2026/2027 VWA Platinum Members
- All teams are required to have at least one team member with a Level 1 Referee Accreditation
- Teams must compete in the official Alcohol. Think Again uniform. Approved uniform colours are black, blue, and teal, with matching bottoms required. Uniforms can be purchased from the Volleyball WA Volleyshop.
If you are having technical difficulties registering, please contact the VWA Office during office hours, or email the Events Coordinator with evidence of the issues before the deadline to still be considered. If your team misses the deadline, you can call the VWA Office from Thursday morning asking to be placed on a waitlist in case a team drops out or if VWA decides that your entry can benefit the draw. These will be dealt with on a first-come-first-served basis and entry into the competition is not guaranteed.

Competition Information
The competition will be a Graded Format, where competitors will be allocated to a division based on their teams average seeding points.
- Elite (AAA) will play across both days, with pool play on Saturday and single elimination finals on Sunday.
- Competitive (AA, A and B) will be conducted as a one-day competition. The allocated competition day will be determined by nomination numbers, court availability and weather conditions. By registering for a Competitive Division, competitors acknowledge that they must be available to compete on either Saturday or Sunday.
There will be no technical meeting for this round, however, teams will be expected to sign in with the Tournament Director before their first game or duty.

Event Information
Parking is available at City of Fremantle – Car Park 47, and on Leighton Beach Blvd. There will be another event on at Leighton Beach during the same weekend, please allow time for parking.
Food and Drinks can be purchased at both The Orange Box and Bib and Tucker.
