What a weekend of Volleyball for fans of the game! Round one of the Australian Volleyball League was happening across both days and on Sunday we also had the Alcohol. Country Of Origin Country of Origin Indoor Competition at Loftus Stadium.

The Alcohol. Think Again Country of Origin Indoor Volleyball Competition is a multicultural social competition for all communities. Participants can represent their country of origin, meet new people from different cultural backgrounds and most importantly, have fun!

The competition included a Male (A & B), Female (A & B) and Mixed Division. Some of the countries represented included Indonesia, Taiwan, Philippines, Japan, Brazil, Australia, India, Jamaica, Hong Kong, Italy, Mexico, Vietnam, China, Afghanistan, Nepal, Rodrigues Island reflecting Volleyball as a world game and the mix of cultures in our community.
